About Pro Antennas

Pro Antennas was originally set up by Carl Kidd, G4GTW, in 2008. Spotting a gap in the market for compact, high performance HF antennas, Carl designed the Dual Beam Pro, I-Pro Home and I-Pro Traveller.

The antennas quickly achieved critical acclaim and sales grew around the world thanks to the complimentary reviews and customer feedback.

In 2016 Carl suffered from ill health and the business stalled. Eventually it was reluctantly put up for sale and I took over in 2018.I set up a workshop in my garage and started building stock and fulfilling outstanding orders.

With a communications background, I quickly moved through the 3 levels of Amateur Radio licences and got the callsign M0IVK within the year.

I'm pleased to report that Carl is now recovered and continues to provide me with technical support.
