Payment

I am not registered for UK Value Added Tax (VAT). The pricing on the site is the total price in the UK.

Customers in the European Union will now have to pay local VAT as the UK is no longer part of this agreement. This is usually recovered by the shipper on delivery at the current rate for the country plus a small handling charge. I can only apologise for this, I didn't vote for Brexit and it has made things more difficult for us.

Other International customers will probably be subject to import duty, local taxes and handling charges on delivery. I have no control over these charges and the they are dependent on the importing countries rules. In some countries such as the USA and Australia, the value of my products falls below the threshold for import duty where the item is being bought for personal use.

​The website checkout accepts payments using credit cards, debit cards or PayPal, protected by the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1) to process you information.

​If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, cheque or cash, please select the manual payment option at the checkout and I will send you an invoice. I will contact you by email or phone to discuss payment options and include an invoice with the relevant payment details.

Shipping

Shipping within the UK is included in the website pricing. Low cost couriers are used for small items and delivery can take up to 3 business days. Antennas and other large or heavy items are shipped with UPS and delivery is usually within 2 days.

I can offer collection or personal delivery for customers who live locally. Please contact me before placing an order if you would like to explore this option as I can offer a reduced price.

International shipping

I use UPS for all international shipping and delivery is usually within 7 business days. I will endeavour to dispatch your items on the next day if ordered before 14:00 GMT. Occasionally this may take a little longer but I will let you know if there is likely to be a delay and you will have the option to cancel the order if that is not acceptable.

Outside of the UK and USA, shipping charges are currently volatile and there are potential local tax and duty liabilities. I have temporarily removed all other international shipping options at the checkout and will add them back as prices become more predictable.

I have summarised my recent shipping quotes in the table below to give an indication of the price for selected countries. Please contact for a quote and, if that is acceptable, I will raise a manual invoice for you.
